Who We Are

Applanta LLC, operating as Applanta Solutions ("Applanta," "we," "us," or "our"), is a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia. We build and host Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) for small businesses, and we operate internal tools including DASH, ASET, Applantis, ALPHA, APP Proxy, and the Prompter platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in connection with our website, services, client-facing apps, and internal platforms. By using any Applanta service, you agree to the practices described here.

Client App End-Users

When Applanta builds an app for a client business, that app may collect data from the client's customers (end-users) — such as contact forms, appointment requests, push notification opt-ins, or other interactions.

In this context, the client business is the data controller and Applanta acts as a data processor. The client is responsible for:

Cookies, Local Storage & Push Notifications

Cookies & Local Storage

Our web apps use browser local storage and session storage for authentication state, PIN gate sessions, and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Firebase may set first-party cookies for session management. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

Push Notifications

Our apps may request permission to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You will always be asked before notifications are enabled. You can revoke this permission at any time through your browser or device settings.

Notification permission tokens are stored securely in our Firebase Realtime Database and are used only to deliver notifications relevant to your account.

Applanta's services are intended for businesses and adults (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
