🔐 Accessing Admin

Desktop shortcut	`Ctrl+Shift+A` from any page
Mobile / direct URL	Go to `?admin=1` on any device — login prompt opens automatically

📋 Users Tab

Stat boxes	Total Signups, Pro count, Agency count, Free count — from Firebase `/alphaUsers`
Plan filter	Dropdown filters the user table by Free / Pro / Agency
↻ Refresh	Re-fetches all users from Firebase. Use after changing a plan manually.
↓ Export CSV	Downloads all users as CSV — useful for email blasts or records.
Disable / Enable	Instantly suspends a user's Talk-to-Edit access. They see "account suspended" on next AI call. Toggle to re-enable anytime.

MRR / ARR	Monthly and annual recurring — computed from paying user counts × prices set in Platform tab
Plan breakdown	Grid showing Free / Pro / Agency counts, per-user price, and total monthly per tier

Pro Stripe Link	`https://buy.stripe.com/...` payment link for Pro plan. Users land here on "Upgrade to Pro" click.
Agency Stripe Link	Same for Agency. Both save to Firebase `alphaConfig` — live immediately.

🔐 Security Tab

Kill Switches	Toggle AI chat ON/OFF per tier (Free / Pro / Agency). Users see "paused for your plan" when OFF. Does not affect other tiers.
Global Daily Budget	Max total AI calls per day across ALL users. 0 = unlimited. Enforced in Cloud Function — exact, not approximate. Resets midnight UTC.
Per-User Disable	In Users tab — Disable button suspends that user's AI access only. Use for abuse or non-payment. Re-enable any time.

VAPID Setup (one-time only)

Run in any terminal: npx web-push generate-vapid-keys
Copy both the Public Key and Private Key outputs
Paste into Push tab → VAPID Keys Setup → click 💾 Save Keys
Done — keys stored in Firebase. Never repeat this step.

Subscribed Users	Devices that opted in to push. Users are prompted ~1.5s after signing up.
📤 Send to All	Fill Title + Message (URL optional) → click. Cloud Function sends to every subscriber. Expired subs auto-removed. Reports sent/failed counts.
🧪 Test (This Device)	Fires a test notification on YOUR device only — no Cloud Function, uses local Service Worker. Use to confirm push is working before a real broadcast.

🛠 Troubleshooting

Talk-to-Edit says "not configured"	Stripe tab → paste Anthropic API key → Save. Goes to Secret Manager.
AI returns INTERNAL error	Cloud Function crashed. Firebase Console → Functions → Logs. Usually bad API key or Secret Manager permissions.
Push broadcast shows 0 sent	No subscribers yet, or VAPID keys not saved. Confirm via 🧪 Test button first.
Push shows INTERNAL error	VAPID keys missing from Firebase RTDB. Re-save via Admin → Push → VAPID Keys Setup.
Go Live fails for user	Free plan allows 1 hosted app. User must upgrade or clear their `/alphaHosted/{uid}` entry in Firebase.
Preview iframe blank	JS error in template. Open browser console, check for errors after clicking Next on Step 6.
